"I hired Chef Dan Starke of Cream City Q & Cuisine for two important events, and it was the perfect choice. Chef Dan created some unique and extraordinary dishes to match the theme of my events. What resulted was a beautifully executed presentation of delicious cuisine, which my guests raved about. For instance, at one of my events featuring an upscale jewelry designer from Florence, Italy, we featured "asiago filled gnocchi," "roasted eggplant caponata," a "Tuscan charcuterie board," and "smoked salmon," along with fine Italian wines and a Prosecco, Aperol Spritz as a signature drink. "Our experience with Cream City Q & Cuisine was top notch. Dan was a pro from the start, helping us create a menu that was right for our group of about 20 people. The selection of meats and sides were great, from brisket to pulled pork and potato salad to cole slaw, there was something for everyone. He even cooked hot dogs for some of the little kids. All of the food was DELICIOUS. Nearly everyone had seconds and there were even some people who went for thirds and fourths. You need to try the cornbread! I would definitely recommend Dan to any event you're looking to host. You're guaranteed great food and a great experience."
